The technician comes to you
You shouldn't need a tow truck or a workshop queue because a battery went flat. Send us your location and car details, and a mobile technician arrives with the tools to test the battery and charging system before suggesting any replacement.
When a new battery is needed, we install the right one, start the car and test it again, register the warranty that applies and take the old battery away to be handled responsibly.
What you get
- Mobile help across The Villa, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- The battery and charging system tested before anything is replaced
- Standard, EFB and AGM batteries for the main car brands
- A fitted price agreed before the technician sets off
- Warranty of up to 24 months, depending on the battery chosen
- Pay at the car by card, cash or a supported digital option
How we work
No single battery suits every car, so we choose one for yours. Make, model, year, engine and start-stop system all change the capacity, terminal layout and battery type the car needs.
We can only estimate arrival times, but we always keep you informed. The available battery and fitted price are confirmed before a technician is sent, and any change is explained before work starts.
Where we work
We built the service around villa driveways and garages in The Centro, The Aldea, Hacienda and The Ponderosa, along with visitor parking and the Centro retail car park. We also reach cars stuck on nearby roads, including Al Ain Road (E66) and Emirates Road (E611), when the technician and service van can get to them safely.
